Peaks was one of the few roofing companies in the area to be responsive to phone calls and quick to follow up. They were able to squeeze me in before a military deployment which was much appreciated. My house isn’t too big, so they showed up early and got the whole roof done in a day. Roofers were friendly and appraisal and office staff were professional and kind. My new roof looks great and I’m pleased with the warrantee Peaks offered on their workmanship in addition to the product warrantee. Through the whole process Peaks was transparent and offered great customer service.
